Basic statistics in R part II - postponed
General context
This training builds further on the Basic statistics in R training, showing you how to do statistical analyses in R. Where the Basic statistics in R training is an introduction to the use of R and RStudio and stops at very basic analyses (t-tests and non-parametric equivalents), this training gives you a full overview of statistical analyses in R including regression, ANOVA... Emphasis will be placed on practical applications. To this end, theory will be complemented with hands-on exercises in R, a free software environment for statistical computing and graphics. Topics include distributions, plots, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing...
After this training you will be able to use R for basic statistical analyses.
This training is intended for people who already have a basic knowledge of R: data types, basic graphics... Participants who have never worked with R or RStudio should first follow the course Basic statistics in R. If you don't have sufficient statistical background you are strongly encouraged to attend the Basic statistics theory training.

Ghent - Bio-Accelerator Meeting Center
From September 2021 onwards, there is only one entrance to Technologiepark. You need to take a ticket at the entrance that can be validated at the reception desk of the Bio-Accelerator building. Parking will only be allowed on regular parking spots (for instance in front of the building) and in the new parking tower. Parking alongside the roads or on other places where there is no regular parking is prohibited and after initial warnings fines will be issued (50 euro).
