1 December 2026, 10h - 12h
General context
Making the right hiring decisions is essential for building high-performing teams. This interactive workshop equips hiring managers with practical tools to attract top talent, structure their selection process, and make objective, bias-aware decisions. Through real examples and hands-on practice, you’ll learn how to design an inclusive recruitment approach that balances technical skills, potential, and team fit.
Note: This workshop was already offered during the Group Leader Retreat 2026. The content remains unchanged, so participants who attended this session do not need to register again.
After this training, you will:
- Understand each step of the recruitment process—from defining the role to making the final decision.
- Apply structured, objective screening techniques to evaluate candidates fairly and make use of Jobsoid for support.
- Conduct competency-based interviews using methods like STAR to reduce bias.
- Make well-founded hiring decisions that balance technical skills, potential, and team fit.
This interactive workshop combines:
- Short theory inputs on recruitment best practices, bias awareness, and structured processes.
- Practical exercises such as role-playing structured interviews using the STAR technique.
- Peer learning & reflection through group discussions on common hiring challenges and strategies for improvement.
