General context

Overwhelmed by endless to-do lists, constant distractions, and the pressure of a fast-changing work environment? You’re not alone. Traditional time management no longer works in today’s world of information overload. What truly matters is not your time – it’s your attention. This training will show you how to shift from juggling time to mastering focus, clarity, and productivity.

Learning outcomes

By the end of this training, participants will have:

  • Identified current productivity and wellbeing levels – and understand how they are linked.

  • Learned strategies to overcome distraction, stress, and information overload.

  • Built their own practical “Second Brain” system to manage tasks, projects, and commitments.

  • Discovered why making space for quality thinking is essential – and how to create it.

  • Left with tools and habits that reduce stress and increase control over workload.

Approach

This is not just theory – it’s a highly practical, hands-on training inspired by Graham Allcott’s international bestseller How to be a Productivity Ninja®.

  • Together we’ll explore powerful mindset shifts and techniques to manage attention, not just time.
  • You’ll apply these principles directly to your own work during the training, supported by your Productivity Ninja® trainer.
  • By the end of the day, you’ll have implemented your own customized “Second Brain” – a system that brings clarity, focus, and lasting results.
Event intended for

This training is designed for everyone who feels overloaded by information and tasks, and who wants to regain control, clarity, and energy in their work. Whether you’re managing research projects, leading a team, or navigating a busy role, this training will help you transform overwhelm into confident, sustainable productivity.
