Initiation to Linux command line
General context
This training is a prerequisite for all Linux novices who want to follow a training that requires the use of Linux command line like the metagenomics, the ChIP-Seq or the GATK training.
After this training you will:
- feel comfortable using Linux command line
- use bash to execute commands in Linux and know your way around the file system

Take the driveway of the HoGent Sports Hall (not the HoGent Campus) and drive all the way to the end - past the HoGent parking areas. If you are registered in the 411 app, activate your license plate under the option 'Garage parking via license plate'. The barrier will open automatically, and payment will be processed via 4411.
