Clinic Remote Working

General context
This two-hour online clinic-training session is designed to address the unique challenges and dynamics of remote working. The session focuses on optimizing presence and availability in a virtual environment, managing the balance between push and pull information, and normalizing various forms of online meetings. Key topics include strategies for signaling availability and setting boundaries to maintain work-life balance, efficient ways to disseminate and gather information remotely, and techniques to facilitate both formal and informal online meetings effectively. Special attention is given to replicating 'walkway chats' and other casual interactions that are crucial for team cohesion and informal communication in a remote setting. Participants will engage in interactive exercises and discussions, learning practical tips and best practices to enhance their remote work experience. This training is ideal for individuals and teams looking to improve their remote working capabilities, fostering a more connected and productive virtual workplace.
