General context
Ready to take stress mastery to the next level? These two advanced sessions dive deeper into techniques that restore mental balance and resilience. Participation in the introductory session is required.
Session 1: Training Your Brain for Relaxation
Discover how to reach deep relaxation (alpha/theta state) in minutes. Learn quick techniques to calm stress before it peaks, maintain control, and protect your energy throughout the day.
Session 2: The Power of Beliefs
Uncover how hidden beliefs drive stress. Apply a 4-step method to reframe limiting patterns and create supportive beliefs for lasting change.
After this training, you can:
Apply Schultz relaxation, breathing, and QRB techniques.
Restore mental balance and prevent stress accumulation.
Identify and change limiting beliefs to reduce pressure.
These sessions, each 3.5hours, are a combination of theoretics frameworks and exercises to come to relaxation and change your beliefs. Includes access to an app for guided practice plus 25 audio podcast episodes (NL only).

The theory gave me some interesting insights and it was also good to learn different techniques to use so everyone could find a tool that would suit best.

There is only one entrance to Technologiepark. At the entrance, please take a ticket - Parking is only allowed in regular parking spots (for instance in front of the building) and in the parking tower. Parking alongside the roads or in other places where there is no regular parking is prohibited.
