You’ll learn to recognize personal stress signals early and explore practical ways to restore balance and energy day after day.

Learning outcomes

After this session, you will be able to:

  • Distinguish between acute and chronic stress.

  • Identify early warning signs using reflection tools.

  • Understand how stress impacts sleep and recovery.

  • Apply Jacobson’s progressive relaxation technique.

  • Adjust habits to improve recovery and reduce tension.

Approach

A combination of theory and practical exercises, including relaxation techniques. Participants receive access to an app to continue practicing the Jacobson method after the course.
