Social Media for Scientists - Blog writing & podcasts
18 & 20 June 2024
General context
Scientists often face challenges in translating research for a general audience or to reach other scientists outside of their niche. Blogs and podcasts offer scientists an opportunity to educate and inspire people outside of their field. By breaking down complex ideas into more digestible formats, scientists can make their work accessible to a broad audience. Plus, learning to write blog posts and create podcasts can be a valuable skill in itself. It can help scientists become better at conveying their ideas and research findings, improve their storytelling abilities, and enhance their overall communication skills.
In this workshop you will learn
