Organization of meetings, workshops, conferences and other gatherings
Until the end of April 2020 (this date may be subject to further extension) no meetings, workshops, conferences and other gatherings should be organized (such as PhD defenses and receptions), where groups of more than 20 people would be together in a way that would make social distancing impossible. This also applies to trainings where social distancing is not possible, for instance because of the need for hands-on interaction.
